friendship bread

took my staff out to lunch at an ethiopian restaurant. got cool seats & delicious food. and i learned that injara means "friendship." i ate a lot of friendship and then promptly took a nap.

parting of the red velvet sea

brett is converting to catholicism. the "last lutheran supper" required all guests to bring a biblically related food to the feast. i attempted to make red velvet cupcakes for "parting of the red velvet sea" however, i could not find red velvet cake mix at the store and i quickly lost motivation after a long accepted students day and mob of passover anticipators at the grocery store. regular cake with red food coloring was the next best- particularly because then courtney could enjoy them.

this is the most productive thing i did at work on friday.

my favorite meal after seeing "the art of the steal" about the barnes foundation. i love the barnes. come to city avenue and see it in it's natural habitat before they whore it out to the general public on the parkway. i also learned more about dr. barnes being an asshole. it made me love him more.
