been in my new apartment for 2 months- and i just now purchased and put together a table for the kitchen. additional note of interest- jay and i did not mess up any of the instructions or have any pieces left over. i have officially mastered ikea furniture assembly.

pavement reunion show at the mann center with kcj, pete & m'oc. i'm just like one of the guys. the theater was half empty- but they rocked hard and played all the hits and then some- double encore and had a kick ass lighting system.

my mom's favorite story is when an older woman at a wedding shower after watching us interact for several hours said- "i can't believe you are mother and daughter- you interact just like GIRLFRIENDS!" she loves this story. this is one of the best photos of us ever taken at our annual "september birthdays" party

sibling love

home for the weekend to celebrate the births of ken, casey, kathy, tim, dennis & gavin...kicking off the weekend visiting greg at sean bolan's and the younger contingent- casey, other sarah & i stayed to booze our way through the night- our tab name was "greg's sibs." we also had the privilege of watching greg and other bartenders make a drink called the trash can

must be the beginning of the semester- i can barely get it together everyday from 9-5 aka 8-8 most days.

le chateau

dinner at le chateau deux with dinner made from the real housewives of nj cookbook and 4 chick flick loans. they say that opposites attract- that would definitely be true of my love affairs with lauren & stefani after about 5 years of our odd couple friendships.

next generation

i was due for a computer upgrade at work- so they ordered me a laptop that will primarily serve as a desktop- since i do not take my computer home with me- because i have my own laptop. i'm learning to live with this change, although, day one did not go so well since it took 4 hours to "install" it...really?
